INGREDIENTS
- 2 crabs
- 60g minced ginger
- 10 cloves shallots (minced)
- 4 pcs red chili (chopped)
- 8 pcs bird's-eye chili (chopped)
- 2 eggs
- 2 soupspoons chopped scallions
SEASONINGS
- 4 soupspoons Maggi chili sauce
- 6 soupspoons Maggi tomato sauce
- 4 teaspoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
INSTRUCTIONS
- Adjust the pot to Stir-Fry mode / 230° / 11 mins. Pour in the oil and heat for 3 mins, then fry the crabs for 8 mins.
- After frying, remove the crabs.
- Adjust the pot to Stir-Fry mode / 190° / 7 mins. Add in oil, ginger, shalots, chili and bird's eye chili and stir-fry for 4 mins.
- Pour in 400ml of water and the seasoning into the pot to cook for 2 mins.
- Add in the eggs, scallions and crabs to cook in the last min.

- 2只 螃蟹
- 60克 姜(切碎)
- 10粒 小葱头 (切碎)
- 4条 红辣椒 (切碎)
- 8条 小辣椒 (切碎)
- 2个 鸡蛋(打散)
- 2汤匙 葱花碎
调味料
- 4汤匙 Maggi 辣椒酱
- 6汤匙 Maggi 番茄酱
- 4茶匙 糖
- 1茶匙 盐
做法
- 将机器调至 Stir-Fry 模式 / 230°/ 11分钟,倒油入锅热3分钟,然后放入螃蟹炸8分钟。
- 炸好后将螃蟹捞起滤油放旁备用。
- 将机器调至 Stir-Fry 模式 / 190°/ 7分钟,倒入油,姜,小葱头,红辣椒和小辣椒炒4分钟。
- 再倒入400毫升清水和调味料煮2分钟。
- 再最后1分钟倒入鸡蛋,葱花和螃蟹,煮至时间停止即可。
