INGREDIENTS
  • 250g shrimps (Peeled and deveined shrimp)
  • 1 pineapple (Cut out 170g and slice it, and juice the remaining portion for later use)
  • ½ Onion (Peeled and cut into wedges)
SEASONINGS
  • 1 soupspoon chili sauce
  • 2 soupspoons tomato sauce
  • 150ml pineapple juice
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1½ teaspoon sugar
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Adjust the pot to Stir-Fry mode / 190° / 5 mins. Pour oil, onion and pineapple slices into the pot and cook for 2 mins.
  2. Add in the shrimps, pineapple juice and seasonings into to pot to cook until the time stops.

  • 250克 虾子(去壳开背)
  • 1个 菠萝(取170克的菠萝切片,然后将其余的打汁备用)
  • ½个 洋葱 (去皮切角)
调味料
  • 1汤匙 辣椒酱
  • 2汤匙 番茄酱
  • 150毫升 菠萝汁
  • ½茶匙 盐
  • 1½茶匙 糖
做法
  1. 将机器调至 Stir-Fry 模式 / 190°/ 5分钟,将油,洋葱及菠萝片放入锅内翻炒2分钟。
  2. 加入虾子,菠萝汁及调味料进锅里翻炒至时间停止即可。
