INGREDIENTS
  • 1kg clams
  • 1 pc red chili (deseed and cut into wedges)
  • 60g onion (cut into wedges)
  • 60g green bell pepper (cut into wedges)
  • 7g ginger (sliced)
  • 10g garlic (minced)
MIXED SEASONINGS
  • ½ soupspoon soy sauce
  • 1 soupspoon oyster sauce
  • 1 soupspoon black soy sauce
  • ½ soupspoon chili sauce
  • 100ml water
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Set the pot to Stir-Fry mode / 230° / 7 mins. Add 1L water into the pot and bring it to a boil (about 6 mins). Once boiling, add the clams and cook for 20 seconds. Then remove and drain.
  2. Set the pot to Stir-Fry mode / 190° / 7 mins. Add oil, then stir-fry the scallions, green bell pepper, red chili, ginger, garlic, and black pepper for 3 mins. Add the pre-cooked clams and all the seasonings, and continue stir-frying until the timer stops.

调味料
  • ½汤匙 酱油
  • 1汤匙 蚝油
  • 1汤匙 黑酱油
  • ½ 汤匙 辣椒酱
  • 100毫升 清水
做法
  1. 将锅调至炒模式 / 230° / 7 分钟。加入 1 升清水,加热至沸腾(约 6 分钟)。水煮滚后放入啦啦,煮约 20 秒,然后取出沥干。
  2. 将锅调至炒模式 / 190° / 7 分钟。加入食用油,放入葱段、青椒、红辣椒、姜、蒜和黑胡椒,翻炒约 3 分钟。加入预煮好的啦啦和所有调味料,继续翻炒至计时结束。
