Ingredients
  • Pork Belly 300g
  • Water 50ml
Seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon char siu sauce
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Remove the skin of the pork belly,cut it into strips.
  2. Mix the char siu sauce and water together.Add the pork belly into the mixture to marinate it for 6 hours.
  3. Preheat the air fryer (200c) by adjusting the time to the lowest.When see '_ _' on the screen,you will hear a "dee..dee..dee" sound,pull out the frying basket and insert the pork belly.Adjust the temperature to 150 degree and set the time range for 20 minutes.
  4. When you hear a 'dee..dee..dee' sound after 20 minutes, the meal is ready to be served.

  • 叉烧酱 1汤匙
步骤
  1. 将花肉去皮,切成条状。
  2. 把叉烧酱鹤清水调均后,倒入肉里腌制6小时。
  3. 先按预热功能(200c)把时间调到最低,屏幕出现'_ _',听见滴......滴声后,拉出炸盘把食材放入,在显示屏幕上按20分钟150c。
  4. 20分钟后听见滴......滴声后,美味佳肴即可食用。
