MATERIAL
  • Pork trotter/pork belly 600 g
  • Dried chilies : 2 g(according to taste preference)
  • Garlic 10 pieces
  • Water 200 g
Seasoning
  • Cooking oil 1 tablespoon
  • Sesame oil 1 teaspoon
  • Oyster sauce 60 g
  • Soy sauce 20 g
  • Sugar 3 g
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Chop pork trotter/Slice pork belly, slice the ginger, cut chilies to halves, and smash the garlic using knife.
  2. Choose 'Fry' to preheat the pot, add cooking oil and sesame oil and wait the oil to heat up. Sauté the shredded ginger first then sauté garlic and pour it into pot. Then, stir-fry the pork and choose 'Cancel'.
  3. Add water and other seasonings then stir well. Close lid and choose 'Braise'.After that, the dish is ready to be served.

  • 辣椒干 2克 (依个人口味)
  • 老姜 100克
  • 蒜米 10颗
  • 清水 200克
调味料
  • 清油 1汤匙
  • 麻油 1茶匙
  • 蚝油 60克
  • 酱油 20克
  • 白糖 3克
做法
  1. 先将猪脚/三层肉剁块,老姜切片,辣椒干切半,再将蒜米拍碎。
  2. 选择'Fry'的功能,待热锅后,倒入清油和麻油烧热。先将姜片爆香后,加入蒜米爆香,再加入辣椒干炒香,再加入猪脚/三层肉炒香后,按下'Cancel'键。
  3. 倒入清水和其它调味料搅拌均匀后,将盖关上,选择'Braise'的功能。完成后,即可食用。
