INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Slice the Chinese sausages, and dice the garlic, shallot and mushrooms.
  2. Choose 'Fry' to preheat the pot, add cooking oil and sesame oil. After the oils heated, sauté dried shrimps, then add garlic and shallot and sauté again. Add Chinese sausages and fry. Choose 'Cancel' and add glutinous rice.
  3. After that, add soy sauce, thick soy sauce, oyster sauce, and water into the pot. S􀆟r well, close lid and choose 'Rice'. After that, the dish is ready to be served.

做法
  1. 先将蒜米,小葱头和香菇切碎,腊肠切片。
  2. 选择'Fry'的功能,待热锅后,倒入清油和麻油烧热。先将虾米爆香, 加入蒜米和小葱头炒香,再加入腊肠爆香后,按下'Cancel'键。
  3. 先将糯米放入锅里,再加入黑酱油,蚝油和清水一起搅拌均匀后,将盖关上,选择'Rice'的功能。完成后,即可食用。
