INGREDIENTS (Crêpe)
  • 3 eggs
  • 30g sugar
  • 115g cake flour
  • 5g cocoa powder
  • 320g milk
  • 35g butter
INGREDIENTS (cream)
  • 400g whipping cream
  • 30g sugar
  • 2g salt
  • 40g crushed Oreo
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Cream Filling

  • Add whipping cream, sugar, salt, and crushed Oreos to a mixing bowl.
  • Beat until stiff peaks form.
  • Transfer the cream into a piping bag and chill in the fridge.
  1.  Cocoa Crepes

  • Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk with sugar until well combined.
  • Sift in cake flour and cocoa powder, then mix until no dry lumps remain.
  • Add milk and stir until smooth. Then mix in melted butter.
  • Strain the batter twice for a smoother texture.
  • Set your pan to Hotpot mode and adjust the power to 600W.
  • Pour a small amount of batter into the pan and tilt to spread evenly.
  • Cook until bubbles appear and the crepe sets, then remove. Repeat until done.
  1. Assembling the Cake

  • Layer one crepe, then spread a layer of cream on top.
  • Repeat the process, alternating crepes and cream.
  • Chill the finished cake until set, then slice and enjoy!
材料(千层蛋皮)
  • 3颗 鸡蛋
  • 30克 白糖
  • 115克 低筋面粉
  • 5克 可可粉
  • 320克 牛奶
  • 35克 黄油
材料(奶油)
  • 400克 淡奶油
  • 32克 白糖
  • 25克 盐
  • 40克 奥利奥碎
做法
  1. 奶油夹馅

  • 将淡奶油、白糖、盐与奥利奥碎放入碗中。
  • 打发至硬性发泡后,装入裱花袋,冷藏备用。
  1. 千层蛋皮

  • 鸡蛋打入碗中,加入白糖搅拌均匀。
  • 筛入低筋面粉和可可粉,搅拌至无干粉颗粒。
  • 加入牛奶搅匀,再加入融化黄油拌匀。
  • 面糊过筛两次,使蛋皮口感更细腻。
  • 启动煎锅 Hotpot 模式,设定功率至600W。
  • 将适量面糊倒入锅中,轻轻转动锅体摊平。
  • 煎至表面起泡并凝固即可取出,重复操作。
  1.  组装蛋糕

  • 蛋皮铺一层、奶油抹一层,反复叠加,冷藏定型后即可享用!
