INGREDIENTS
  • Cuttle 300g
  • Corn Flour Approximately (mix with some water)
  • Water Approximately
  • Cooking Oil 500ml

STEPS
  1. Rinse cuttle and cut into slice.
  2. Select "Stir Fry" mode, set timer to 15 minutes and select highest power.
  3. Pour in cooking oil. When bubbling, dip the cuttle to corn flour and put into cooker for fry.
  4. After 1 minute, ladle it up by using a stainless steel filter mesh and filter out excess oil. Then dish can be served.

  • 炸粉 适量(加入少许清水搅均)
  • 清水 适量
  • 清油 500毫升

  • 不锈钢过滤网 1个
做法
  1. 将苏东洗净切片。
  2. 选择“炒菜”功能,将时间调至15分钟,火力调至最大。
  3. 倒入清油,当看到冒泡后,将苏东沾上炸粉,放入锅内炸至1分钟。
  4. 食用不锈钢过滤网将苏东上多余的油份滤掉,即可食用。
