Soak the tapioca pearls in warm water for 30 mins.
Drain the water, then knead the tapioca pearls evenly.
Add the osmanthus flowers and honey, and continue kneading until well-mixed.
Divide the mixture into portions of about 35g each, roll them into balls, and place them in a flower shape mold. Press the mold to create a flower shape and then remove from the mold.
Place the molded cakes into the steamer. (Sauna mode, 25 mins)
