INGREDIENTS
- 150g yellow noodle
- ½ tomato (diced)
- 1 fried tofu (diced)
- 1 egg (beaten)
- 1 chili (chopped)
- 2 stalks choy sum (cut into section)
- 50g shrimp (shelled)
- 30g soaked squid (shredded)
- 100ml water
MIXED SEASONINGS
- ½ teaspoon MSG
- ½ soupspoon soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons black soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- ½ soupspoon tomato sauce
INSTRUCTIONS
- Set the pot to Stir-Fry mode / 180° / 6 mins. Add oil and heat for 1 min.
- Add the egg to the pot and fry until golden (about 1 min).
- Then add the tofu, shrimps and soaked squids to stir-fry for 1 min.
- Add the yellow noodles, choy sum, tomato, chili, water, and mixed seasonings, and continue stir-frying until the timer stops.

- 30克 浸发鱿鱼(切条)
- 100毫升 清水
混合调味料
- ½茶匙 味精
- ½茶匙 酱油
- 2茶匙 黑酱油
- 2茶匙 辣椒粉
- ½汤匙 番茄酱
做法
- 将锅调至炒模式 / 180° / 6 分钟。加入食用油,加热 1 分钟。
- 放入鸡蛋,煎至金黄色(约 1 分钟)。
- 然后加入豆腐、虾仁和泡软的鱿鱼,翻炒 1 分钟。
- 加入黄面、菜心、番茄、辣椒、水和调好的酱料,继续翻炒至计时结束。
