INGREDIENTS
  • Chicken 1pc(1.8kgs)
  • Crude Salt 2kg
  • Refined Salt Approximately(For apply on whole chicken use)

STEPS
  1. Chop off chicken head louse and chicken feet,then rinse deeply.Apply refined salt evenly on chicken,wrap with aluminum foil paper, and marinade for 2 hours.
  2. Incline cooker to 45' angle by pressing left side button.
  3. Select "Stir-Fry" mode, set timer to 10 minutes and medium power.
  4. Put crude salt. After 5 minutes,select highest power. When finished, take out half crude salt from cooker and keep it aside.
  5. Press left side button to adjust cooker to 90' angle.
  6. Put the marinated chicken into cooker, pour another half crude salt into cooker and layered on chicken.Close lid.
  7. Select "Optional" mode, set timer to 90 minutes and highest power. Done
材料
  • 全鸡 1只 (1.8公斤)
  • 粗盐 2公斤
  • 幼盐 适量(足以涂完整只鸡)/li>

做法
  1. 将鸡只去头和脚后,洗净。将幼盐涂均在鸡只上,再包上铝箔纸,腌制2小时。
  2. 按着左边的按键,将锅身调至45度。
  3. 选择‘炒菜’功能,将时间调至10分钟,火力调至中火。
  4. 将粗盐倒入。5分钟后,将火力调至最大。完成后,将一半粗盐取出待用。
  5. 按着左边的按键,将锅身调至90度。
  6. 将腌制好的鸡只放入后,再将剩下的一半粗盐铺上,将盖关上。
  7. 选择‘自选’功能,将时间调至90分钟,火力调至最大。完成后,即可食用。
