INGREDIENTS
  • Shrimp 300g

SEASONINGS
  • Small Red Chillies ½ piece

  • Sugar 12g
  • Aginamoto 5g

STEPS
  1. Rinse ingredients,mince pandan leaves and red chillies.
  2. Pour in cooking oil.Select "Stir-fry" mode,set timer to 7 minutes.Incline cooker to 45' angle by pressing left side button.
  3. Last remaining 2 minutes, add in shrimps and close lid.Fry till the timer is stopped,then take it out.
  4. Select "Stir-Fry" mode, set timer to 7 minutes and highest power. Incline cooker to 45' angle by pressing left side button.
  5. Add butter and cooking oil together.Once butter melted, pour in egg yolk slightly and stir according clockwise.
  6. When bubbling getting more,put red chillies,pandan leaves, sugar and aginamoto,stir well.
  7. Put shirmps.After 10 seconds put oat.Stir evenly and dished served.

做法
  1. 将材料洗净,班兰叶和小红椒切碎。
  2. 将适量的清油倒入,选择‘炒菜’功能,将时间调至7分钟,按着左边的按键,将锅身调至45度。
  3. 当时间剩下2分钟时,加入明虾,将盖关上。炸至时间停止,即可取出。
  4. 选择‘炒菜’功能,将时间调至7分钟,火力调至最大,按着左边的按键,将锅身调至45度。
  5. 将清油和牛油一起加入,将牛油溶化后,边将蛋黄倒入,边用筷子顺时针搅拌。
  6. 当看到泡沫越来越多时,加入小红椒、班兰叶、砂糖和味精,搅均。。完成后,即可享用。
